What to Expect When You Arrive:

The first person you will meet is a member of our Nursing staff. The Nurse will complete an intake assessment.

An Admissions representative will come to your room to get the admissions paperwork signed and consent for treatment. Please have your insurance cards and identification card with you, a copy will need to be made.

During the next few days there will be evaluations completed by the treatment team consisting of the Doctor, Therapies, Dietician, & Case Management. These evaluations then become a plan of care and are used to guide your treatment while you stay with us.
